bumper was aftermarket. (Not what I had on vehicle) I have found damages to the vehicle that did not exist before I took it to wrens. Behind driver door the panel comes partially off as if it has been broken. It feels almost better if I never brought it.

Between the insurance company and the repair shop, communication and knowledge between the two need to be known as I followed what the insurance company asked me to do, yet the repair shop had different regulations than what was given to me by the insurance company - it made for a very confusing first impression.

It took 2 weeks longer than quoted to fix my car. That's a long time to be out of a vehicle and paying for a rental just to get to work. So in the long run it cost me a lot more than it should have.
