Earl was the best with phone calls giving updates as well as putting up with me and all of my phone calls trying to get my car done early due to my work schedule. I was able to switch shifts with a co-worker. So, in the long run, I did not need it done as early as I thought. Earl did a great job getting my car ready earlier than was expected. Then when I saw my car, all shiny & clean, inside & out I was in awe. The damage was unnoticeable. I am happy that i made the choice to use Severn Auto Body to repair the damage on my car.
