Great customer service at the front desk. My only suggestion would be to take the extra step and have someone walk outside and look at the vehicle together with the customer to make sure there’s no mixup and the parts for repair are confirmed visually other than that this is my second time bringing my vehicles here and I’m very satisfied."

I wish they could have called me sooner on the day of completion as I live a ways from downtown and it takes some time to get down to your shop, especially at 4:00 on a Friday evening. Other than that great!"

I also really appreciate the detailed car wash you all performed on my vehicle. If I had to give one critique; it would be to provide additional parking in the lot for customers. It’s a but tight in there and creates a bit of a traffic jam. Other than that, JOB WELL DONE!!!!!"
