"Alex (I’m almost positive that was his name, sorry if I’m wrong!) was the primary person on my vehicle’s repair and he was absolutely fabulous. Made sure I had consistent updates about my vehicle and comprehensively walked me through all the work done in an easy-to-understand way. It is clear he is an expert and loves cars and wanted me to feel confident in my vehicle. He also gave me comprehensive instructions like not washing my car for the first thirty days at a car wash or with chemicals. I would return to Gerber in the future in a heartbeat, though of course I hope not to have any further car damage!"

"From the beginning, everyone was so welcoming when I arrived drop my car off and through the whole process, I would get occasional text messages letting me know what how much longer the process would be or when I could pick up my car everyone has just been wonderful there. I appreciate everything and today when I picked up the car they were kind enough to call enterprise so that they could come and get the car and it just made the whole process very easy."

"I give the team at Velocity Collision 5 STARS. They were extremely nice and provided me the best service. They replaced my front which fell off (don't ask how). They were several thousand dollars less then other places who wanted to order me a new bumper, but Velosity was able to use and repair the bumper. It only took less than one day. Even got a ride home. The car came back clean. I highly recommend them."

"We had our car repaired here after an accident and were very impressed with the service. The staff was professional, communicative, and helped guide us through the insurance process. The repair work was completed on time, and the quality exceeded expectations — the car looks like it was never damaged. Pricing felt fair and transparent. We would definitely return if needed and recommend them to others. Billy the guy who helped us through this process was professional, efficient and awesome! 👍👍🙏🏼😊🛠️✅💯😀🚙🏎️🚘🏁"
