It was completely stress free, I was kept informed throughout the repair process, had a loaner car delivered to the site, there was nothing I had to do but show up. Thank you for taking such good care of your customer and my vehicle looks perfect. In fact, when the car got washed it wasn’t typical.because old layers of grease and road oils were intentionally removed from the wheels! I am thrilled to see them looking so nice. I don’t hope to have to visit the collision center again but won’t hesitate to recommend Kniesel’s and of coarse Tyler for their technition. Thank you very much!"
