"When I put my car in shop I was told it would take 5 days. The young man I talked with called me on two days later and said the part they had to order hadnt come in but if it came in the next day they would get it painted and do the repairs. He called me the next day and said the part was painted but they still needed to put it back on the car and it would ready Monday morning by around ten am, which I told him it was fine. I didnt hear from him on Monday so I called that afternoon and he said they were having problems with paint sprayer , but he told me Id get it back the next morning around 1030, which was Tuesday morning. Same thing on Tuesday waited until the afternoon and had my son call him. He told my son it would be ready the next morning, which came and went. My son called that afternoon, which was on Wednesday and left a message for the general manager to see what was going on with my car. The young man called me back a little later and started giving me the run around once again. Told him I didnt want to hear it as that was what he told me last Friday. He apologized and said they would take 200 off my bill then told me they would deliver my car the next day. I received a call this morning on Thursday and said theyd have my car to me at 130, which came and went. It was close to 4 pm before they finally brought the car to me. I was told it would take 5 days but the communication was the worse Ive experienced with any repair shop. I felt I was getting the run around every time I had to call. They could have told it would take a week and I would have be fine with it but being told it would be ready the next morning for four days and I had to call when they didnt call and let me know it wasnt going to be ready, not even a well call you when its ready. So needless to say I am not a happy customer. I finally got it back this afternoon and they did take 200 off my bill, which I appreciate. Thats why I gave them a five and not a zero." Read less

There is still a slight bowing on the top of the car near the weather stripping. But everything else fixed looks great.

I took my car in to icrash collision and received a call that my car was ready and when we were inspecting it, it was very clear that the trim above my tire was not replaced. They looked up the order and sure enough that part did not arrive yet. I also noticed the weather stripping was not in tack, and was floppy when I opened my door. The rep stated that they just need to add a clip, but when I checked the other doors it was very sealed I think it needed more than just a clip. I had to leave my car at the shop a couple more days. Honestly, the auto body rep should have done a pre inspection prior to calling me. I’m not sure why it was communicated that my car was ready when it clearly was not. Also, I had to rush to get there before they closed, and only to go back home without it because it was not ready. That was very inconvenient. On the second time, everything checked out and the job was complete. Overall, I had an ok experience.

This is the second time that we have used I crash for our vehicles. I doubt if , heaven forbid, anything else happens, we would even consider another body shop. They are amazing, their customer service is exemplary! They care about the customers - they kept us informed, the communication was amazing and they're all such incredibly nice people to work ... with they make a bad situation so much easier.

Too much confusion and differences in quotes being handed from Tiffany(not too nice) to John then to San. Work on driver’s side is beautiful which is what you were paid for but the business seemed a li’l in need of an office manager.
