Although I understand that they repair facility did not damage the new part, it is frustrating that the response is that all the parts will come damaged so I can never get a proper new replacement

The new replacement part arrived damaged. A second one was ordered and also arrived damaged. I brought my vehicle in to be repaired and left with a brand new part that is damaged. Would have rather taken money and kept the damaged part

It was a great experience from start to finish. Tyler at the Rancho Cordova location stayed in regular communication with me throughout the repair process. Crystal was so kind and welcoming. They perfectly coordinated all the moving parts - the rental car, claims process with my insurance, and the repairs. I was surprised to find out there are multiple KC locations in NorCal. The team at the Rancho Cordova location made it feel personal like a family run business. They took pride in the product delivered. My Jeep looks like the day I drove it off the lot brand new! Could not be more impressed and will be telling anyone that needs collision repairs to go to Kniesel’s.
