    "Would like to start off that working with Zach the first half of the repair was great, professional, great communication and was able to fully articulate everything to me. I would have loved to stick with the one service advisor the entirety of the process, (both with the Geico claim and out of pocket repair). There were definitely a lot of delays with the repair, moving the vehicle from one place to another, and missed timelines. Communication also wasn’t the best. I completely understand that parts had to be ordered and shipped, and that wasn’t really my issue. My biggest frustration was the missed timelines. If I’m told something is going to be done by a certain date or time, I expect it to at least be close to that. There were multiple times where I was told something would get done, then it would get pushed back 2–3 days into the weekend, with the expectation that work would re"
