The team in Laguna Canyon is professional, responsive and a pleasure to deal with. 2nd time we’ve had to take one of our cars in for repairs in the last 1.5 years and Ernie is a great asset. The manager offered me a ride home after dropping off car last time so didn’t need to take city transport home. Great team and car looks great!

The Caliber team was fantastic. They explained the repair process and were very communicative throughout the repair process and completed in a timely manner and the car looked like new. They were very friendly and had the car nice and cool when I came to pick it up. They also went above and beyond by providing touch up paint and showing me how best to apply. Excellent service! The other bonus is they have an enterprise rental car company right next door and coordinate the pickup and drop off. I’d highly recommend Caliber Collision in the Canyon.
