I have had many State Farm claims completed with Tizoc over the last decade, we are a family of 5 with 6 vehicles or more. I have never had a problem and also been completely satisfied with the finished product. I follow him to new Caliber locations because I know what I will get. This time however he had just moved from the Logan Street, Costa Mesa, CA to the Laguna Canyon Road, Laguna Beach, Ca location (17th street, CM, CA for years originally until closed). Tizoc told me to take it to the Logan St. Caliber (because the size of my RV Van, 20’ long and limited space in Laguna Beach) and that Jorge & Manager would take good care of me. Long story short, they didn’t take good care of me so I took it out of there and straight to Tizoc (with his approval of course) at Laguna Beach Caliber Collision. The following process was stress free, picked up my RV last Friday morning and was completely satisfied as usual. If Tizoc’s not involved in the future I may have to check with other companies, hopefully that won’t have to happen! You have a diamond and hopefully you are aware of that. Thanks for all the years of fixing Our family’s cars!

Tizoc Ortiz, the general manager, and his entire staff took very good care of me just like he has for the last 10 years+ at the old 17th Street, Costa Mesa, CA Branch. He actually had to take over for the incompetence of the staff at the Logan Street, Costa Mesa, CA Caliber Collison branch which is where I originally had taken my vehicle for the State Farm Claim repair. I had to remove it and take it to Tizoc for a complete quality job!
