Wish I was told about the work that was being done before they started doing it. I called in the following Monday to ask about holding off on certain things, but was told they started doing the work already. My car has also been creaking during sharp left turns since I got it back.

Dustin and the crew at Auto Collision and Glass gave exemplary service. I was very appreciative of the updates via text or phone call. They reached out to Volkswagen to ensure that the diagnostics were in place to make sure the repairs would be made accordingly. They were thorough in getting parts in even with the inclement weather. Turns out the wrong hinge was sent, but after my door was removed and that area was sprayed with a lubricating substance the hinge started working normally. My door was reattached and sent on my way.
