Couldn't have gone better! Tim was great from the start accommodating my schedule as well as several changes I had to make that included me needing to pick up the car before it was done and return it to get finished. At one point they needed to back order a part that took a few days and Tim worked with me beautifully. The car repairs were flawless even exactly matching the color AND touching up some small rust spots on the hood that wasn't part of the original crash damage! That showed me the degree of them going above and beyond! Speaking of which, Tim personally gave me rides to and from their store twice while the car got fixed! Whatever you're paying him, it's not enough! It ended up costing more to fix than the original estimate and he took care of everything with GEICO, and it didn't cost me a cent. I really appreciated how well the whole process went coordinating with them. I highly recommend these guys even though I hope I won't see them again anytime soon. But if someone hits my car again I definitely know where I'm taking it LOL.
