I appreciate the constant updates through text about how far along my car is to being finished, I appreciate the quick answers to my questions and the consistent professionalism. I very much appreciate the fact that someone stayed late on a Friday just so I could get my car back before the weekend because I myself was getting out of work late. The workers go above and beyond to help make the process easier and stress free.

I came into the shop looking for a new car hood. I explained how another body shop kept delaying due to “hood damage issues”. They insured me that it is normal for hoods to come damaged or bent but they could rough it out or get a new one if needed. Just overall explained and made me understand why it could happen and how they would fix it if it did. Within a week I got a call that my hood came in and got the repairs done that same day. I’m extremely impressed in the quality of the work and the time it took for everything to be competed. Excellent customer service that really try to work with you on all possible options. 10 out of 10
