I appreciated how Mark Pelka gave me an estimate for work on my car within a half hour of my just walking in to Auto Collision & Glass with no appointment. He spent time discussing the various options and costs involved which is much appreciated since I paid out of pocket. The estimate was very detailed and printed out very professionally. Kevin is the gentleman at the front desk when you enter the business and he works with you as your car is in service. He made sure to call my cell to keep me updated as to how the work was proceeding. There was a problem with power to one of the work bays but Kevin called me to ask if it is okay that there was a day or two delay in finishing my vehicle. His demeanor and temper is refreshing! This is so rare to find these days at many other auto shops! I also dealt with Russell who was also kind and very professional. He addressed an issue that I had to return to the shop for, but their work is 100% guaranteed so I had no hesitation in returning to their shop the day after I picked up my car. Russell brought my car into their bay and addressed the issue! Russell and Kevin made sure my car was washed down and sparkling before I drove away! I wish I had asked for the names of the professionals who worked on my Camry. They deserve major kudos for a job well done! When they addressed some scratches...on top of the bigger parts of the job....they did incredible work! Wish I had their 'magic hands'!????????????I am definitely returning to this professional business in the future!

Absolutely will recommend this business! Paul B. (Bodywork) and Anthony F. (Painting) are two craftsmen who truly know their business and it is clear they take pride in the work product that leaves their shop. Russ Hany, Kevin Lorenz and Mark Pelka are also individuals to be commended for their work ethic and professionalism. Mark Pelka, who worked with me on my original estimate, was clear with me on type of options the business could do vs. my out of pocket costs. I needed this as my funds to do my repairs were limited. The key with giving repeat business to any company is not only receiving a good product but also having decent, professional conduct from employees.

Kevin Lorenz and Russell Hany were the main customer service contacts I made. Both men were very professional, courteous and gave that " little extra" which prompts return business. I also like their 100% satisfaction guarantee which I used the day after I picked up my car. There was a handprint on one of the doors of my car and I texted Kevin to let him know I would be bringing my car back in to their shop. I drove my car back in to their shop the next morning and they promptly and very efficiently addressed this issue. Such a relief to deal with professionals who address and resolve customer concerns both professionally and effectively. The follow up texts and cell calls are also much appreciated so that the shop and customer are on the "same page" as the vehicle is being worked on.

The front desk (Kevin), the estimate and repair (Mark), to the gentlemen that went over the repairs that were done while Kevin took care of customers that needed assistance, gave excellent customer service to me. This was my 2nd repair at this shop and both times the team was courteous, professional, and extremely accommodating. I was kept up to date re: the status of my repair, and my car was finished a day earlier than anticipated.
