I didn't realize that other body shops could be licensed to repair Lexus other than Lexus dealerships. My only criticism was the rental car felt like a go cart (it was a Ford Escape) and I was used to a Lexus RX 350, which is what I likely would have gotten at the dealership.

Juwan was a very good communicator and responsive to my questions. There was a slight hiccup with an error code showing on my Lexus app on my phone but after contacting Lexus Brand Engagement they fixed it from their end electronically. Everything appears to be working. The repair took longer than I had anticipated, though.
