Lack of updates. The changes were extended multiple times without prior notification. I found myself reaching out constantly for updates the day my car was supposed to be finished, only to be informed that it was extended. This was the case 4-5 times. It was beyond inconvenient and irritating.

Everything was great. The only thing that I would have liked to have seen is the trunk vacuumed out...there was a lot of dead grass in the trunk of the car (which was the area that was repaired) that was not there before. Otherwise everything was great!

Excellent...great customer service! Due to the accident draining our battery because the trunk would not close, we took a new battery to Caliber and they installed it for us (the damaged battery was still under 100% warranty).
