The estimator and repair team were excellent—professional, friendly, and they did a great job on my car. When I picked up the car, I asked the estimator if there were any available discounts, since he had mentioned earlier that he would check for me. He took my question seriously and gave me a satisfactory answer. The only uncomfortable part was the front desk employee. While I was asking the estimator about the discount, she laughed in a mocking way, even though no one was talking to her. I’m not sure if this was related to a racial stereotype, but it made me feel uncomfortable and disrespected.
