Jeremy was incredibly attentive during the entire process. He texted me the whole way through so I knew what to expect and kept me updated on timelines. The only suggestion I have is for your team to review the line-by-line repair sheet so that the customer knows exactly what was done (or not done) to the vehicle. I assume they did not because I’m a female—but I do understand the basic mechanics of my vehicle and reading the summary at home is not the same.

This is Caliber's 2nd attempt at fixing some minor damage on my car from being rear-ended. The first time,they put the emblems on wrong and the paint around the Toyota emblem was uneven and bumpy. I just picked up the car today and the emblems are now centered but there are 2 small scratches in the paint that could not be buffed out and at this point, I did not want to have the car redone but attention to detail for a simple paint job is paramount and Caliber did not do a good job times 2.
