It was overall a great experience during what’s typically a stressful situation after being in an accident. Throughout the entire experience everyone I interacted with was attentive and understanding. Updates were proactive and it was super easy to get updates. Jeremy and Josh did an awesome job making me feel well taken care of. I cut it close getting there before closing to pick up my car because I have to commute from downtown Dallas, and everyone was super understanding and willing to stay a few minutes later to make sure I got my car back which eased a lot of my stress. My car looked good as new and was super clean. It’s my second time using this location and both experiences have been great so this is definitely my go to for car repairs. Great job!
