I have had family use a Different caliber collision and they did not have the same experience. So while i might go to Caliber again, i cannot say that i will be returning to the one i was at.

This review is based on the condition of my car and not a reflection of how my experience was with the office staff. In regards to the office staff, Brad Duncan, my 'advisor', has been great through the entire process and had listened and addressed all of my concerns. I also brought my issues to the attention of the manager, Tom. Now in regards to the condition of my car, the hail damage repairs came out great. You could not tell that I even had hail damage. My car was with the shop for just under 4 weeks, dropped off on August 19. On September 12, I received the car that my car was ready. I went in the afternoon of Sept 12 and when I looked it over, there were scuffs, knicks, scratches, clay residue (I think it was clay), on the car that I knew were not there when I dropped it off. My car was in no means perfect condition, there were scratches and knicks that had been there when I dropped it off. But I take fantastic care of my care and when I looked at it, there were scratches in the piece that goes over the top of the radiator. There was also a scratch on my driver side fender flare/wheel well. I am not talking about a little scratch either. They were BIG and NOTICABLE. There was clay smudges/spots all over the car. The interior of the car was filthy. I realize the car is taken apart to be repaired, but the car should not come back to me in worse condition then when I brought it to you. I pointed out the exterior issues od the scratches and clay smudges to Brad and he took it back into the shops care and fixed those issues. He called me on Friday Sept 13 and let me know it was ready to go. I picked up it Sept 13 in the afternoon. The exterior looke better. I left with my car and took it to the car wash, because the car was filthy on the inside and I wanted to vacuum it and wipe it down. As I was going through the car wash, the sunroof started leaking in two places. I exited the car wash, vacuumed out my car and wiped it down and then left and called Brad to let him know about the sunroof leak. While I was wiping down my car, I took a look at the sun roof to see if maybe the seal around the sunroof was not correct. Brad said to bring it back to him that day and they would fix it on Monday Sept 16 and return it to me on that Monday. Side note about the car wash – I also found the windshield stripping on the passenger side of my car. They obviously left it in there when the windshield was replaced. Aldo, When I looked at the roof, there were these HUGE scratches along the driver side. If this is supposed to be a NEW roof, there is no way there should be scratches. And I have gone to this car wash multiple times and never come out with scratches. I gave my car back to the shop for a 2nd time to have something fixed. Brad was confident it was just a couple tubes that needed to be connected, and that is what it was. I received the call on Monday Sept 16 that my car was ready for the 3rd time. I picked it up Mon Sept 16 in the afternoon. On Wed Sept 18, I went to POP (not slide) my sunroof open. When I tried to close it, it did not close properly.

I had to do this weird quick pushes to the button to get it to pop down. I brought my car BACK on Thursday Sept 19 to have this looked at. Brad promptly took it back to the shop to have diagnostics run and the issues with it closing were resolved. I am hoping this will be the last of any issues I have. While the hail repair and the office staff experience was fine, I am not sure that is going to be enough for me to come back to this particular shop if I ever need future body work done. I learned, shortly before I dropped my car off for the initial repairs, that this shop was recently switched over to a Caliber from a Herbs Paint and Auto Body. I am not sure if they are experiencing transition pains, but if they are, I am hoping it gets smoothed out soon.

Your staff needs customer service training. You do not seem to need or want new business having to make an appointment to bring in a car for repair even after the estimate is done and the insurance has approved repair seems redundant

I was promised that scratches would be touched up with paint. I had to remind the associate to do the touch up when I picked up the vehicle. She did do some touchup but missed several areas on the front bumper.

We've used Herb's (now Caliber) for years, and always been very pleased. This time was no exception.
