They did a an excellent repair on the car. But, we received a text on Friday telling us they were almost finished and asking if we wanted to pick the car up that afternoon. I didn't read the message until they were already closed. Monday morning we were told the car still had to be calibrated and detailed. When we finally got it back after 2pm there was still dust all over the inside of the car. I guess they vacuumed it but it certainly wasn't 'detailed' there word not mine. There was dust on the front of the speedometer glass. And then we were told that some guys would be coming to our house to put on some guards on the passenger side doors. I think the repair was done great, but the customer service needs a lot of work.

After repairs, the car makes a “popping” noise when turning at slow speeds. Brought it back 7 times to get it corrected but still not solved. It may be just one of those things but still disappointing. We have used Caliber several times in the past with complete satisfaction but not this time.

Dylan was on point with keeping me informed as to the schedule he was working with. It took longer for the repairs to be completed. Caliber was not at fault, the dealer sent a faulty door the first time and he had to reorder another. I’m glad I had Dylan as my contact person!

One thing that you could improve on is repair status. My repair was estimated to be completed on Wednesday, I called late Wednesday and was told it would be Thursday. when I called late Thursday I was told it would be Friday.

It was a great experience. Charles took all the paperwork with the insurance away and was able to get my car fixed with virtually no downtime
