I called to see if my vehicle was ready before I drove to get it. A lady at the front desk stated it was, so I showed up after dropping off the rental with my toddler. The guy that was handling everything was out of office, so the lady didn’t know where my keys were and told me that my car wasn’t actually ready. I was stuck at their office for over an hour, while they tried figuring out what was going on and why the part they said was supposed to be there wasn’t. The communication between everyone was horrible and they had to get me back in a rental. The part that was supposed to be there a couple days ago, wasn’t even ordered. Once I received a call my car was ready a day later, a part was messed up and it took a week for them to reach out again once they had a part. Overall, service was not great and don’t think things were handled properly.
