Shouldn’t have taken almost three months to complete my vehicle. Most of the delays I believe were due to the sublet or third party supplier (Pro Tech). Some time waiting on parts and insurance company, but mostly waiting on Pro Tech is what I’m told. Sub par work performed by Pro-Tech which caused lengthy delays and work to be redone. Work actually done by Caliber was correct and timely. Caliber needs to find alternate qualified sources to perform third party work. Seems Pro-Tech is understaffed and using unqualified or under trained technicians. After escalation to Caliber regional manager some additional attention was given but delays continued. I’m sure there is much more to this which is only known internally. All I asked for was communication and truth about what was going on. After escalation Marc took over and communication improved which I greatly appreciated. I fully understand the dynamic as I am also in the service/maintenance industry. I tried to remain patient throughout the process.

The main work was good. However, in the process a mark that affected the paint was made and not fixed. This was not there prior to handing off my car and I have pictures of it prior and after drop off. I have called several times and have not heard anything back four days later.
