I would NOT recommend Caliber Collision in Alvin but have had experience at other locations with great satisfaction. Therefore I have taken the vehicle to another Caliber location to further diagnose the ongoing issues from the initial repair left incomplete by the Alvin location.

The vehicle was released to us about 3 times, each the vehicle repairs are not complete and initially the vehicle was still not safe to drive. It has now been about a month later and I have moved the vehicle to different location to get the repairs competed.

This vehicle repair is for a company vehicle, it had been hit by a driver passing on the left of the vehicle and pushed our vehicle into a parked vehicle on the other side. I did not receive any updates as I am the company coordinator for the repairs.
