The windshield was not replaced. We talked to them about it when we dropped it off and was told it would be replaced. We had a previous chip in the windshield and had it treated so it didn’t spread but the large crack was new from the wreck and was not replaced. Other than that we were very satisfied.. Rosemary was wonderful about keeping us updated on what was happening with repairs.

Our windshield was cracked after the wreck. We spoke to Rosemary about it when we dropped it off and she assured it would be repaired and it was not. Also most of the damage was in the front of the truck. The front end also shakes when we apply the brakes. It probably needed a front end alignment after the wreck.
