Bob was very very helpful. The woman at the front desk (apologies that I can’t remember her name) was very friendly and helpful as well, even calling Enterprise Rental to pick me up ahead of time so that I didn’t have to wait.

After getting off of work, I was trying to drive home and I cannot get my vehicle above 35 miles an hour to travel safely. I never had any issues with the death wobble prior to dropping it off, and now the whole front end is shaking uncontrollably.
