WOW! It felt like Christmas getting my Toyota back in such pristine condition! I keep my cars for a long time and my family dogs are my travel companions; therefore, it probably wasn’t the most pleasant vehicle to work on, but the professionals at Caliber put 100% effort and skill (and some TLC), and Voila! My van looks great! They even thoroughly vacuumed and wiped down the interior! I give you all an “A+”, and will definitely comeback to Caliber for any auto bodywork needs—and will recommend your superb company to my family and friends! Also, I would like to compliment the excellent customer service from the call center, and the pleasant and professional attention I received from Maiya Davis—she’s an absolute asset to Caliber. Lastly, when I pulled into the parking lot, I felt safe and that my vehicle would be safe thanks to the robust fencing and other security measures the company put in place. In addition to all that, the grounds and interior were spotless and very organized. Bravo, bravo!

My main dissatisfaction was that we were originally scheduled at one shop closer to our home and then told we had to move to another shop. However, the folks there were very nice and helpful.

Honestly best customer service I've ever received and I used to work in the service industry! He should get a raise! He contacted me after the fact and also made sure everything was great and it was! They not only repaired but cleaned my whole car and it looked spotless! I was super impressed. Highly recommend!
