Everything looks great so far. (I only say “so far”) because within a day of the last caliber collision repair I had from a different shop, trim they replaced started popping off. I took it back, and it still did the same thing.)

I was kept informed and aware of repairs throughout the process when the entire side of my Lexus was being replaced or repaired after being hit by deer. Caliber does beautiful work, the paint is a unique carbon silver/grey and match is perfect. The quality of work is excellent. Caliber provided excellent service throughout; staff is so nice, knowledgable and professional. If I need autobody repairs in the future, I will definitely return to Caliber Collision.~Brevard, NC

It's always a bad day when you have an accident, but Caliber Collision made the experience seamless and much more palatable. They began service immediately. My first interaction was with Chet. He explained the entire process completely and articulately. He explained that we were looking at 2 to 3 weeks to get parts and complete repairs due to the fact that I had a 2007 Honda Accord and factory parts were more difficult to come by. He promised to stay in touch twice a week until the job was finished. He contacted me on Tuesday and Thursday, as promised. To my absolute surprise, they were able to get the parts and entirely fix my vehicle in 5 days. And it was perfect. The staff was amazing, the service and expediency was unprecedented! I can't say enough good things about my experience. Thank you so much!!

Chet was very helpful and communicated the updates regularly which I appreciated! The work looks like it was completed and it looks as good as it did when we bought it in the first place!
