This is my first time ever having my vehicle in an accident. The team at the Arden location are freaking great. The mechanic which I believe his name is Chad, kept me updated on the progress on the repair. There was another mechanic who covered down for Chad when I dropped off my vehicle, I forgot his name ( feel bad I did) he was also great with the run through of what may happen. The reception and the front desk is also great. The location was clean if that matters to Corprate lol. I have no complaints. My questions were answered and the team were nice with me. Please tell them Thank you their work and professionalism is greatly appreciated.

LOVE THE EMPLOYEES THERE!! Mechanics kept me updated on the progress of the repair. They answered my question and also noted that repairs may take longer due to delivery of parts delayed by either back order or if the manufacturer sends the correct part etc. Which I completely understood from previously working in a repair shop. The receptionist was great as all with the info she gave me.
