I’m so glad I chose Caliber Collision to repair my car! After getting quotes from other shops, Caliber stood out for their honesty, knowledge, and confidence in their work. I have a 2016 Honda Accord with a white pearl three-stage paint that needed a bumper repair. While other shops talked about having to possibly replace it, Caliber repaired the original bumper for less—and it looks fantastic. The paint match is nearly perfect and sparkles beautifully. Bob Hulley, my service advisor, kept me updated almost daily and involved me in every step of the process. When I picked up my car, Chet Hubbard took the time to inspect the paint with me to ensure I was happy. His skill and attention to detail truly showed in the final result. The receptionist was always so friendly and nice to everyone who came in which truly made all the difference! I couldn’t be happier with the service and quality at Caliber Collision and will definitely return in the future!

Chet is top-tier. He remedied and communicated to perfection. I’m entirely pleased with his customer service. I believe our tech was Bob. He also was very thorough and took the time to explain—even our silliest questions. Only thing to note, when my husband and the Toyota dealership called the Arden location, they were told I wasn’t a customer which caused some confusion. Otherwise, everyone was awesome.
