The completed repairs on my vehicle were performed very well. I'm unable to identify where the original damage was and it was blended very well into the surrounding panels to maintain a factory look.

Chet and the team kept me updated along the way on the status of my vehicle. If I had one small suggested, the automated text messages sending dates for when the repair would be complete was inaccurate compared to updates provided by the service advisor by phone.

I’m sure you guys are fine for vehicles you can make money on, but my car was a loser out the gate and I could sense that at every turn from yourteam

My car was totaled. You guys clearly knew (well… strongly suspected) that was going to happen but spent so long debating with the insurance company about whether they would cover the windshield that it took an extra week for you to break it down and provide the proper estimate. I’m the end, the windshield was irrelevant. Your people were nice but, frankly, you unnecessarily wasted my time.
