Everyone was very nice and professional. Bob kept me updated. Top notch place to take your vehicle to be repaired. Hopefully I won’t need them again but if I do this is the place to go. They went over and beyond to get my car fixed. I can’t say enough good things about this place!

Our daughter’s car was repaired sooner than originally quoted and very close to the original estimate. Excellent customer service with perfect communication along the way. I hope to not need collision repair in the future, but with 2 teen drivers, I take comfort in knowing that Caliber is there should we need them again.

Everyone was wonderful to work with — starting with Sandy’s warm welcome, to Bob Hulley (Service Advisor) to Maiya, my adjuster. Wish I’d met the folks who did the repairs! If it weren’t for the odometer reading (140,000 miles), dings from careless drivers in parking lots, and one broken backseat seatbelt latch cover, I would say that I’m driving a NEW car! WOW! I can’t tell that someone backed into my car! The hubcaps sparkle like new! The inside of the car is spotless (no cobwebs, no dog hair remnants, no spilled drips from my spilled Chai latte)! I’ll be recommending you!
