Overall, I am very satisfied with my repair experience… definitely a 10/10 for the quality of the work done on my vehicle. The repair itself was done outstandingly and I’m very happy with the results. The lady at the front desk was especially kind and welcoming, and the gentleman who took over handling my truck (the second time) kept me updated throughout the process and was always polite and communicative, which I really appreciated. There was some initial confusion with the first person who handled my report (terrible, but is no longer with them), and when dealing with insurance, which was not the smoothest part of the experience. However, once things were transitioned over to the Caliber Collision (Bo and his team), everything improved significantly. The rest of the team did a fantastic job from start to finish. I truly appreciate the care, professionalism, and effort that went into repairing my vehicle and would definitely recommend this location based on the final outcome.

Bob was amazing super professional. My car was done in less than two weeks. Anytime you have an accident it is so upsetting and they took all the stress out of it.
