The professionalism of the staff in charge of the bodywork was evident throughout the entire process. I received frequent updates on the progress of my car, and it was completed even before the estimated date. The work was excellent, and my car was spotless. I’m thrilled to have my car back, and it looks even better than before the accident. They also offer a lifetime warranty on their work, which is a great added value. These people were the best they did a great job repairing my car and went above and beyond washing and detailing my car. If I ever need repairs again they will be the ones I trust to do them. I felt so special. That's how good they are.

Initially, before repairs, when I did the walk around with Mya, she wasn’t aware that the back passenger tire was a donut, even though I told her what was damaged in the accident, so she hadn't written the second tire on the slip. I had to tell her it was a donut. I went to get my car on Saturday, because she called and left a message that it was finished and someone would be there Saturday morning. I started calling at eight, until I finally drove over there at 11, and only a welder was there, therefore I couldn’t pick up my car, which was my fault for not calling her back on Friday. She didn’t say I needed to confirm. While I was there I noticed my ford emblem cap not on my tire. Idk if they would have tried to give it to me that way or not. I had to say something. Then I did the walk around. Everything LOOKED fine. After leaving, there was an awful sound and I knew something wasn’t right. I had to take it back and that is where it is now. This has been going on three weeks now. Or longer, considering the tow truck driver claimed he couldn’t find it in the most obvious area, behind/beside enterprise on airport road. I’m not saying all this to be rude or get anyone in trouble. I just think this would help to better communicate. I hope it’s as good as new when I get it back.

The nice lady up front was awesome, Bob was very professional and kept in touch throughout, and everyone I talked to was pleasant and helpful. I greatly appreciate the quality of work and the fact that it looks like they cleaned my car inside and out too! Thank you all for everything! The car looks good as new!
