Was hoping my car would be fixed when I received it but the light and ac are still not working. Took the car back the next day and they said that they had to contact GEICO again to see if they would cover those parts. I thought the car should have been fixed with the money they received from the insurance. They also mentioned that if GEICO can’t pay for the car repairs anymore that they can’t do anything about it. I will not be paying out of pocket when the insurance gave caliber collision enough of money for the repairs needed on the Cadillac. You can’t give back a car that’s not fixed yet. My car had also been in the shop for almost a month.

You guys were great and speedy but someone took my wheel out of my trunk and now you guys can’t seem to find it. I had a great experience with Hector and he was great to work with but I need this resolved because I have an appointment to replace the tire on Thursday.
