I was welcome with a smile, a hearty hand shake and I felt so at ease. The lady receptionist was very sweet and very helpful letting me know step by step what was needed by me. Hector immediately made me feel welcome as he inspected my car and explained what he thought the car would need in order to have it repaired. He made me feel assured that my car would be repaired and returned back to me as soon as possible. I felt at ease with the support and encouragement that these two people provided just for me. I hope I don’t need this service again but if I should I will gladly bring my car back to this establishment. Thank you Caliber for having a great person like Hector to be able to assist me.

The service tech Hector kept me informed about the progress on my car. Very polite. Made me feel like my car was in good hands. Also my car was done 6 days before the projected day. Everyone there was very friendly. Overall was good experience.

I was impressed with Travelers so much so that I will be contacting them to switch from Alstate if I can save money. They took care of my claim right away.
