Truck came back all repaired. BUT, communication and service was terrible. Multiple delays, which happen but nothing was communicated to me on a new pick up date until a couple hours before and until I reached out to check. I changed my schedule and had to pay money out of my own pocket to change plans, personally and professionally, due to the inconsistent and bad communication from the caliber team. This did not happen once, it happened 4 different times.

Don and the rest of the crew at Caliber were super friendly, helpful, and communicative. They had my truck for about a month but I was kept updated on the progress which was great. It looks amazing and would definitely recommend this location, the whole staff was very kind.
