Don and the rest of the crew at Caliber were super friendly, helpful, and communicative. They had my truck for about a month but I was kept updated on the progress which was great. It looks amazing and would definitely recommend this location, the whole staff was very kind.

This was the best experience ever! My car was finished before the expected date and my service representative, Don gave me routine updates along the way. There are areas of the vehicle that were damaged because of the collision, the estimator overlooked and said it would be difficult to convince the insurance company. It was minor but still part of the damage. The trunk is off alignment and even though I was not asking for the aftermarket rims to be replaced he said that it looked like I hit a curb. Basically calling me a liar. I was hit on the left drivers side, although he said it was a new door, it’s obviously just a replaced door skin. There are two areas where the other vehicle scuffed up the clear coat of my car but that was overlooked. Also they unplugged all the connections to my dash cam and alarm. Left them like that, not bothering to replace them from where they had unplugged them. They obviously disconnected the battery leaving the clock flashing with the incorrect time. I do give them applause for straightening the rocker panel (it could be a replacement). Although they claim it’s a brand new door one of the door moldings is not flush. They are allowing me to go back so they can try to fix it.
