My only feedback is it took a long time for you all to figure out the claims process with USAA. Also and more disappointing to me -Your staff member would state they would ‘call at 11 am tomorrow with an update’ or ‘ call back in 5-10 minutes after I talk to my manager’ and the calls to me where not made. The staff member was always courteous though
