The body work done on the vehicle was definitely an improvement but there are several unfinished areas where it should have been finished and overspray paint on my windows. I’m not terribly impressed with the work so far.

Some elements of the repair were incomplete due to parts not being ready but other areas were just not done well. My car was reassembled improperly and with some incompatible parts so several warning lights came on the dash. I have a nail in one tire and effectively turned in a vehicle with only cosmetic damage and picked up a vehicle with cosmetic damage AND functional issues. The team has assured me that everything will be fixed on my next visit when parts come in but at this point I regret turning my car in at all as I had to be without it for a whole month only to get it back in worse condition.

Car came back good. Some back and forth on timelines, felt like they were being dishonest on when they would receive parts/start work. I would have preferred to receive a date, rather than have my finish date change 5 times.

It took to long and my car was damaged after being delivered put the wrong parts on the vehicle and damaged my driver door panel inside burn mark after repairing hail damage and I had to pay for a rental for the damaged they did after they denied they caused the damage . I can't believe how they run a well known business on airport Blvd

There is a front small plate on front bumper that was not put it properly. I took to Toyota, it's holding, but it's secure. When I went to pick up vehicle, front license plate was missing. Tire pressure gage was on when I left the lot.
