i would love to know how my windshield wiper fluid wire broke. it definitely was not broken when i dropped my car off to y’all. and y’all drained my battery, i keep having to get jumps. my car pulls to the right -another thing it wasn’t doing before i brought it in. it’s like i have an entire different car back and NOT IN A GOOD WAY!

Hello. The receptionist and Larry, the person I worked with on my car were a pleasure to work with and very helpful. When I picked up my vehicle, I was told the front right tire was flat so they added air. I was also told that they couldn't find a nail. That information was incorrect as there was a large bolt stuck in the tire causing it to loose air. This happened while my vehicle was in Caliber's custody. I was told they want to patch the tire, rather than replace it. I took my vehicle into Discount Tire for a recommendation, and they said since the bolt is at a slant, the patch will leak air. Caliber Collision's regional manager is still adamant about only patching the tire, which I do not feel comfortable driving with a large patch as I drive my children around and do not want the inconvenience of a leaky patch which could leave me stranded. So, the work on my vehicle was fine. The customer service from the regional manager for taking responsibility for an error that happened at the shop is very disappointing.

I didn't plan on writing this review as the regional manager who recently came to the location seemed like a good man. This whole ordeal seems criminal and my insurance company even believes something is/was very wrong with this particular location. It took 5 months to get my car fixed! There's really no excuse for this level of incompetence. I was lied to by the employees at this location when I asked what the hold up is on the repair. I was told they needed extra verification from my insurnace company, only to later find out that the checks had already been cashed and there wasn't anything more that GEICO could give. Going through Caliber Collision was the absolute worst decision and I highly regret working with the company. I moved on the 4th month of "repairs" and had to take an Uber from houston to Austin to get my car, missed out on getting my wiring for my fog lights installed from a service that I already had paid for in Austin. The cherry on top was having to go into the Houston location because my car's turn signal wasn't even working due to the location's mistake. The real suprise was when the Houston location found the after market trunk panel lights I had purchased and was planning on installing under the mats. I was looking for this and would've likely never found it if it weren't for the team in Houston.

Terrible. I called many times to check on the status and never received a return call. I had to call over and over and this went on for weeks. I was lied to by the account manager or whatever who was responsible for getting the car fixed in a timely manner - absolutely criminal

10s all around to whoever color matched my orange so perfectly, I’m very happy with the final result of the paint. My car was damaged in the process.

I was very happy with the paint job in the end. The whole process was a bit of a nightmare and does not make me trust this place at all. I was talked to about reprogramming sensors that my vehicle was not equipped with, I was told that a 2015 door would be ordered for my 2012 car to which I knew that would not fit my model. When I went to pick up my car my bumper was damaged from the shop not my accident- it did get taken care of. Whoever installed my glass did a careless job, my window seal was not flush and looked really bad, my tint was also damaged in the process as well so I will now be getting that fixed. I feel if I wasn’t a mechanic I would’ve been walked all over from this shop. I know the process of shops and I’m very disappointed in how my car was treated.
