I will never use any caliber collision again and will never recommend it to anyone. I was hit and was not liable for damage. Next time I will take the money from the assessment and run. I was initially told it would take 6 days to replace my bumper. It took 3 weeks. I have no idea who was at fault. The completion date changed so many times I didn't keep track. I was told that 2 bumpers received from Subaru were damaged. I finally went to pick up my vehicle and there was a broken tail light- which was completely new damage that had been done by caliber collision. My service agent had no intention in telling me of the damage until I notice it and said something. He then tried to convince me to leave with the damaged vehicle from the lot and come back to get it fixed. I refused and said I would no leave with additional damage. The tail light was completed by the next day and I finally got my vehicle back. I had no fore warning or an ability to plan/coordinate pick up of my vehicle and was expected to just show up in the late afternoon. Literally every step felt like a nightmare with caliber collision
