Larry was very attentive and you could tell he was eager to help even when a few setbacks arose. He would get an overall 10 while caliber would get an 8. Thankful even when screws were found in two tires handing the car over to me he made sure to make it right. I would work with Larry again hands down.

Inside of the car could have been vacuumed before returning to me. There was a lot of dust that wasn’t there when I dropped off the vehicle.

What was a very traumatic experience with my car being broken into, Larry and Mike came to the rescue 🛟. Not only was my car fixed a week earlier than anticipated, they lovingly called and communicated the whole time. My car looks better then before I brought it in and Larry gave me a big hug before I left ( thanks Larry ) If I could , I would give them 100 💯 stars ✨. ❤️🙏🏽❤️🌊❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️Thanks guys , I highly recommend caliber collision.

While there was a large delay in completing the vehicle (estimated time went from 10 days to a roughly a month), the team did go above and beyond on the repairs side and my interactions with them were pleasant and to the point.

The customer service is horrible. There was no communication between caliber collision and myself. I had to continue to call them for updates regarding my car which is super unprofessional because they should be calling me not the other way around
