My vehicle was transferred to a different location then originally visited. I expected vehicle to be towed in flat bed. Instead vehicle was driven and I received my car with no gas. The gas gauge didn't even registered an mile range to empty. Location promised some gas refund but as the car is scheduled to return, no refund has been made.

The repair itself and Francisco were great. However, my car was in the shop and needed a rental for 10 days due to the system of assessing and ordering parts only once the car was dropped off. A better system would be to order the parts ahead of time.

The customer service was great. The repair work was incomplete and I’m unclear why they replaced the front bumper and not the rear bumper. More so I’m unclear why they didn’t tell me that was the new decision after the initial diagnosis.
