Francisco was amazing in helping us remain patient and satisfied with the care that y’all took for our new car as we waited for 6 months for parts. When first called about completion of the repairs, while inspecting the results, I found that the license plate bracket was missing and that the alignment of the hood with the front end wa uneven. I was told to return later and that they would correct these issues, which they did, and I picked my car up just as they were closing. As I was leaving, I noted that the check engine light was on, so I called them but they were already closed. The nationwide operator took down the information and I was promised a call back tomorrow. I feel like they should have noticed these issues before releasing the car to me.

Couple of visual issues found upon ready to pickup, they did correct the problems I pointed out. But second time they said that it’s ready, I found technical issue came up and they kept my vehicle another half day or so and correct that problem. I’m happy finally, but I wish they would throughly checkout finished work with their professionalism before asking us to pickup the vehicle. I was a little inconvenienced but, all of the people at caliber collision who takes care me was pleasant enough to offset my inconvenience and patience.
