Service was great. Staff was friendly. Repair was excellent. I appreciate that you were able to bring my car back to me. Only issue is that the top of my gear shift that indicates the gear was removed and it’s not in the vehicle.

We used Caliber in Palos Hills Illinois previously and was very disappointed. Caliber in Austin for this claim was professional and communicated with us. There was a significant delay in obtaining parts but they explained that and kept us informed

Larry Powers is a great service advisor! The car came out perfect in every detail: the bumper , the paint matches perfectly! Although it took longer than expected at first, it was well worth the wait. The only annoying thing was the incorrect texts. Thanks for restoring the rhythm 🎶 …. etc.
