I recently got my car repaired at the Caliber Collision on Wells Branch and was immediately greeted with the best customer service. Eric Sanchez provided me with a quick and thorough estimate to ensure all of my damage was accounted for. Throughout the time my car was in their shop I was frequently updated by Samson Barboza, who provided me with a detailed account of where they were at each step of the way throughout the process. I am thoroughly impressed with how my car turned out and it feels better than new. I highly recommend this shop for their superb attention to detail and excellent customer service. I will definitely be coming back for all of my future car needs and will pass on their information to my friends and family as well.

Disappointed in the communication. I told my service advisor that I needed a dent on my car replaced while my car was in the shop and he informed me that it would be included in the estimate for my other damage that was getting repaired. I advised if not that I would still pay out of pocket to get it repaired. Upon picking up my vehicle, I noticed that the dent he agreed to repair was not fixed. I asked him about it being included in the deductible afterwards and he said that was not the case. Since it was not fixed, I will have to bring my vehicle back to the shop another time to get it fixed. I will choose a shop next time with better communication.
