I am ecstatic about my repairs!! I love my car- it's paid off, I maintain it, I consider it part of my family. After being t-boned/hit by an uninsured 20 year old right before Christmas, I got nervous my insurance could possibly total my 2013 Acura MDX. I next had to find a repair shop that I could trust. I decided to go to Caliber based on friend recommendations and it being close to my home, and it was a Geico Express repair shop. I am glad I made that choice. Dale was extremely detailed, honest and knowledgeable about my repairs. He listened to my concerns and I know he did everything he could to make sure I got the best possible outcome in this situation. Follow ups were frequent and informative, and Caliber (Dale) nailed the completion date. Today I picked up my vehicle and it looks awesome! But, aside from quality work and repairs, the most important thing to me is finding a business that genuinely cares about it's customers and provides exceptional service.
