Hilario at your cheddar loop location was absolutely phenomenal. I would give him 15 stars if I could. He was so helpful with information and kept me informed all along the way. An accident and having your car in the shop is usually such a stressful situation but I never felt an ounce of stress with Hilario and the entire cheddar loop team. My car looks better than ever and I’m so grateful to be back on the road. Thank you Hilario!

Kinsley kept me completely informed throughout the entire process. He was very friendly and professional and provided great customer service. I do have a concern about the vehicle, as I was driving home I noticed it veering to the right. It may need to be balanced again.
