I would never recommend Caliber based on my experience. Lack of transparency, lack of communication, and not fixing my car to the expected standard unless I paid more. Really shady business and lack of professionalism.

I decided to repair some damage not related to the accident. I was quoted $1657. Evan called my wife and said they had raised the price by $200 and didn’t provide any options. I had to call Evan to let him know that is not what we agreed upon for him to go back to the original price. Upon pickup the rear bumper was not even attached correctly and Evan did not offer any solutions. He seemed reluctant to help and just wanted me to move on at that point. I paid for a repair that was not properly done.
