Everything about the repair is perfect, but there was one problem that had nothing to do with the repair. Upon receiving my car back, the screen showing radio, time, etc. seemed like it had dirt covering about 1/3 of the screen. When I tried to rub it off, it seems that the mark is actually under the screen and can’t be rubbed off. This mark was not there prior to bringing my car in so I am confused on how it got there.

I’ve taken two different vehicles to Caliber Collision and both experiences have been outstanding. Their team does excellent work, communicates well throughout the process, and always gets the repairs done much faster than expected. I had a great experience with Caliber Collision getting the damage on my car repaired. This was my first time dealing with collision repair, so I wasn’t totally sure what to expect, but the whole process was smooth from start to finish. My service advisor, William Marin, did an excellent job explaining everything clearly and keeping me updated throughout the repair. Communication was great at each step, and they made sure I was comfortable with what was being done before moving forward. The pricing seemed fair, especially considering I don’t have much experience with this type of repair. Most importantly, the quality of the work was excellent; the car looks great. I’d definitely recommend Caliber Collision and William Marin to anyone needing repair work done.

The communication and customer service I received at every step of the way is hardly anything to speak of, because there was none. My car was looked at at drop off, and my tech just left with my keys without saying a word. I was left waiting in the lobby and after about 5 minutes the person at the desk asked me to start signing things. I was not given an estimated time I’d be without my car, etc. I was never given an estimated wait time. I had to call multiple days later in which I was given a callback thereafter and finally given an estimated pickup date. The technician told me that while that was the guaranteed date, he thought he would have it completed at least a few days before that and would keep me in the loop. I never received another call or update, up THROUGH the date in which my car was due. On that day I called at 4pm, after not hearing a word, and was told that in actuality my car was not completed on time at all, and would be completed a day or two later. At that point I once again was told that I would be kept in the loop of when my car was ready so I could prepare/schedule my day around the timing, and was still not communicated with, until 5:10pm when I got a call that my car was completed and could be picked up within the 20 MINUTE notice until close. No one spoke to me about the status of my car at pickup. I simply paid and left with no progress report

Frank was a real ply to work with. Very low key but thorough. I was impressed with the quality of workmanship regarding the repairs. The seamless connection between the front bumper and the left and right front quarter panels made the vehicle look like it came off the showroom floor. Frank explained they replaced the broken clips. The paint was flawless. You’ve gained a repeat customer. Very well done!!

It took too long for the repair, mostly likely due to a smaller staff. We took the same car in at a different body shop with more repair work and they were able to complete the work in half the time.
